Access up to 50% to a maximum of $15,000 annually per project per year.

Eligible Applicants

Eligible Applicants

An applicant may be eligible for this program if they meet the following criteria:

  • All food and beverages producers and processors in New Brunswick;
  • Agriculture, Aquaculture and Seafood producers and associations;
  • Agri-businesses, Aquaculture businesses and Seafood businesses not including food service enterprises such as restaurants and catering;
  • Funding is only available to the applicants who meet one of the following criteria;
  • Resident of the Province of New Brunswick who is at least 19 years of age;
  • Project location is within the Province of New Brunswick; and
  • Project benefits the Province of New Brunswick.
Accessible Technology Program (ATP)

Eligible Activities

There are three streams in this program. To be eligible for funding, applicants must fall under one of the following:

  • Market Readiness stream supports the food and beverages industry’s ability to access the certifications and training they need to identify their target markets; understand who their customers are; and formulate quantities, pricing, and formats for their products;
  • Market Development stream supports and minimizes the risks for food and beverages companies to develop opportunities and expand their sales into new, existing, and emerging markets; or
  • Direct to Consumers stream supports the food and beverages industry’s ability to sell directly to consumers through activities that strengthen the awareness, demand, and sales of their products.
