The Manitoba Industrial Opportunities Program (MIOP) provides low-interest rate repayable funding contributions to attract investment from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Funds provide a critical pathway to securing large-scale investments from businesses who are established or looking to begin operations in Manitoba.

Give your application the best chance of approval. Ryan supports the writing of applications for more than 100 Canadian federal and provincial government grants, tax credits, and no-interest loan programs.
Amount of Funding
Successful applicants may receive a repayable funding contribution that ranges from $500k to $5M.
Funding contributions will be allotted a five-seven year repayment period at RBC prime + 2%.
Eligible Applicants
Eligible applicants will be an established or commercially viable businesses in Manitoba. Applicants must provide a minimum of 20% project costs.
Eligible Activities
Implementation cost of projects that will enhance company viability and provide economic benefits to Manitoba’s economy.
