Amount of Funding

Access up to 75% of eligible expenses to a maximum of $2.5M in government contribution.

Eligible Applicants

To be eligible for this program, applicants must be:

For-profit or not-for-profit organizations;
Maximum of $500M in annual revenues;
Minimum of one full-time employee; and
Canadian-owned and -controlled.

*A portion of the stream’s funding will be reserved for companies where at least 50% of the owners and/or board members self identify as Indigenous people and/or members or equity deserving communities.

Accessible Technology Program (ATP)

Eligible Activities

Projects must be centred around export-ready (content* is ready to be marketed, export research/plan is fully developed), and expect to generate new export revenues.

Support one or more of the following creative industries:

Artistic craft
Audiovisual
Design (limited to exhibit design, fashion design, artistic product design, public art design, urban design)
Music
Performing arts
Publishing
Visual art
Interactive digital media (in combination with one of the industries listed above)

Projects must also have a minimum total cost of $150,000 and the applicant must hold the intellectual property rights for content.
