Afin d&rsquo;aider les entreprises en d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 faire face aux cons\u00e9quences de la pand\u00e9mie, ce financement est accessible \u00e0 celles qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent actuellement des revenus ou \u00e0 celles qui sont encore en phase de pr\u00e9-revenu.
